Title: Spicy Okra/basmati Rice/black Beans

1/2cOnions; chopped
2cTomatoes, fresh; chopped
1tsSesame oil; hot
1cOkra; sliced
1tsGarlic; chopped
1/4tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
1/2 Bouillon cube; vegetable
2cBasmati rice
1cBeans, black; canned

In a medium-sized saucepan, saute the onions and tomatoes in the oil for 5 minutes. Add the okra, garlic, salt, pepper and bouillon cube. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot over the rice and beans.
